Ryan Karazija, the front man, founder, and driving force behind Low Roar, passed away at age of 40.
Low Roar released songs such as I’ll Keep Coming, Bones, and Anything You Need, and the band was featured in Death Stranding and contributed heavily to its soundtrack.
Low Roar is one of the greatest music that I am proud to have discovered, and is easily one of my favorite artists. And I just love listening to his music whether I am driving around the city, doing something, or just relaxing.
Personally, his music played a heavy factor on why I fell in love with Death Stranding. There was just something that hit me in the feels when controlling Sam in the game and songs like Don’t Be So Serious or Bones play in the background. His music has been a great inspiration and was one of the things that help me through when the pandemic begun in 2020. His music is also the reason why I develop a great appreciation for the indie music genre.
It’s just truly heartbreaking that we lost such an amazing artist.
May you rest in peace, Ryan Karazija.
